Ordering big numbers at a Lagos market

To order big numbers, first count the digits. A number with more digits is bigger.
If two numbers have the same number of digits, compare them from the left, one place at a time. The first place where they are different tells you which is bigger.
Two prices
A bag of rice costs ₦72,500 and a fridge costs ₦310,000. ₦310,000 has six digits and ₦72,500 has only five, so the fridge costs more.
